Hello my name is Marco and welcome to my new blog and thanks for taking the time to stop by. Anybody that knows me knows i have a passion for music but also my time out from the world and my escape is my love of fishing and all things water possibly due to being a Piscean.
After using blogs overseas while in New Zealand and here in the UK for general information on fishing i decided to do one myself i moved out to New Zealand some years back and found peoples blogs really helpful for techniques and places to venture and to meet fellow fisho’s.

Anyway back to the present i am now living back in my home town of Edinburgh so my new blog will be based around Scotland and the places i will visit this year obviously my passion for fly fishing is the main focus so i will include as much information as possible.
Before i go on I am in no way any sort of professional i am a standard guy that would like to share some of the places i will visit on my travels and maybe the odd memory on the way. I may hold back the specific locations of some private waters or members waters but will try and include as much as i can, i will feature some of Scotland’s little secrets and some well known local places for the modern day fisherman i will visit rivers and stillwaters around Scotland. I decided to do this blog and hopefully someone reading it may consider a trip to this beautiful country and sample what it has to offer for the fly fisherman here in Scotland and also i just wanted to share just how amazing Scotland really is.
